1. Setup & Onboarding Fees
MyPapers offers institutional integration services. For standard institutions, a setup fee of ৳100,000 applies to configure registrar templates, sign metadata keys, and establish access permissions.
For institutions onboarding under our Early Access program, this setup fee is waived entirely.
For paid integrations, setup fees are fully refundable prior to the initiation of technical configuration. Once the system onboarding has started, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.
2. Per-Certificate Fees
MyPapers charges a flat fee of ৳299 per certificate to apply our four security shields (Secure QR, Cryptographic Digital Seal, Hidden AI-readable Watermark, Encrypted Identity).
Non-Refundable Status: Because our verification seals are calculated cryptographically and permanently baked into the certificate files upon output generation, the ৳299 fee is final and non-refundable once a certificate has been successfully sealed and delivered. The mathematical proof is immutable and cannot be revoked.
3. Technical Failure & Re-issuance
In the event of a platform system failure, registrar upload error, or template miscalculation where the generated document does not pass verification checks:
- MyPapers will re-seal the corrected document at zero additional cost.
- Registrars must report the failed certificate within 30 days of generation to qualify for a free re-issuance token.
